Most popular attachments
Avant pallet fork is the right attachment for lifting and handling of different types of materials on pallets. Fork width can easily be adjusted thanks to the quick-lock mechanism. The forks are made of high tensile forged steel and designed in accordance with the ISO2330 standard.
Avant general buckets are designed so that the operator can see the front edge of the bucket from the driver’s seat, which means quick and easy loading and emptying. There are no reinforcement plates inside the bucket which would interfere when loading and emptying, and the sides open forward in a slight angle which guarantees easy and complete emptying of all kinds of materials.
Avant heavy-duty general buckets are available with widths starting from 1300 mm. They are made of stronger materials, they are heavier and have more capacity than standard general buckets. This makes them ideal tools for harder earthmoving and material handling jobs, and the HD buckets are best suited for Avant 600, 700 and 800 series.
Flail mower is a drum-type cutter, intended for cutting of long grass, scrub, bush and similar vegetation. It will cut up to 20 mm thick tree branches with ease.
Efficient multi purpose bucket – can be used as a normal bucket as well as a dozer blade, leveler or a grab. The front part of the bucket opens with 2 hydraulic cylinders, located on the back side of the bucket, which enables dozing, levelling and picking of stones, tree stumps etc. Another benefit of the opening bottom is that the bucket can be emptied at a higher level by opening the bottom instead of tipping the bucket edge down. Available with straight edge or with teeth.
The heavy-duty timber grab is equipped with a stronger boom and hydraulic rotator and larger grapple. It is intended especially for Avant 700 and 800 series. The arborist kit which mounts on the boom is also a standard feature. When cutting a tree you can push the tree down with it if necessary, instead of pushing by hand. It is also possible to attach a rope on the bracket on the kit, which enables towing the logs by pulling them with the loader.
Horizontal log splitter is the most economical and simple way to make firewood with Avant. It mounts on the attachment coupling plate of the loader and is operated from the driver’s seat. Splitting happens by picking up the log with the splitter and pushing it against the splitting wedge. The log can also be held with the splitter and transported to desired place for splitting.
Avant stump grinder is an efficient and easy to operate tree stump remover. The cutting disc is mounted crosswise in relation to the loader, which means it throws the wood waste to the right side – the waste doesn’t fly on the operator or the loader. In addition, the stump grinder is equipped with a protective rubber cover which prevents the wood from flying around.
The root grapple is widely used in the tree industry, and it works also in other jobs where different types of debris needs to be handled. It is equipped with the same grapples as the demolition grapple buckets, but the bottom part is made of strong steel bars.
Timber grab is an attachment that allows you to grab tree trunks, branches, wood waste, kerbstones etc. and transport them both lengthwise and crosswise. This makes it possible to pass through narrow places also with long logs and enables loading on a trailer or on a pile in any direction.
An uncomplicated cutting bar for the mowing of hay, grass, and trimming of bushes and hedges. Thanks to the side mounting and angle adjustment below ground level mowing of slopes is also possible. Guide plates under the bar support the cutting blades when mowing. The spring-loaded release mechanism allows the bar to move backwards if it hits an obstacle. Cutting angle can be adjusted manually with the hand winch. Electric cutting angle adjustment is available as an option.
Weed brush is an efficient tool for removal of weeds on all kinds of paved areas etc. It is equipped with a steel brush that can be extended manually and turned in three different positions: to the front, to the right side or to the left side. The weed brush is equipped with a support wheel as standard. It can be lifted and locked up to a transport position if needed.
The lawn mower 1200 is a robust and efficient mower deck. It
is equipped with the Optifloat™ floating system, developed by
Avant, which guarantees optimal touch with the ground also on
uneven lawns. Two indicator arrows on the quick attach plate make adjustment of the floating very easy: when the mower is on level surface and the arrows meet, Optifloat™ is adjusted correctly. The mower is also equipped with a safety valve which stops the blades when the mower is lifted off the ground. The deck is made of stamped steel. This makes mowing more efficient and the grass clippings don’t get stuck on the deck so easily.
Fence mower is the perfect attachment for cutting grass under fences, roadside crash barriers, around trees etc. It can also be used to remove weed from road banks, around cornerstones and near buildings. The fence mower manoeuvres around fence posts easily: when the cutting head comes in contact with the post the extension spring that is mounted between the mower frame and cutting head retracts the cutting head back after touching the post, allowing a smooth operation around the post. The tension and fastening point of the extension spring can be adjusted. In addition, there is a vertical floating system with 4 positions for aligning the cutting head.
Backhoe 260 has many improved features: Boom swing happens with two hydraulic cylinders, instead of the single-cylinder and chain drive in the old models. The new system gives more exact boom movements when swinging and requires less service. The swing angle is 170 degrees.
Avant backhoe 210 designs main focus was user friendliness and straight forward construction. Backhoe 210 is slightly larger than its smaller sister backhoe 170, which makes it more versatile and gives more digging depth.
Concrete mixing bucket is a handy tool when you need to make
concrete without electricity or when you need to transport or lift
the concrete to a place hard to access. The bucket is equipped with a screw shaft and a guard grill on the bucket.
Powerful hydraulic auger with many different drill diameters to suit various tasks, be it post hole boring, tree transplanting, etc. The standard drive unit has a hydraulic motor and direct drive to the auger. The heavy-duty drive unit is equipped with the planetary drive to increase torque, needed especially in hard ground conditions or when using large-diameter augers.
The demolition grapple bucket with two hydraulic grapples (1300 mm and 1050 mm) or one (900 mm) is a strong and versatile attachment for handling of construction and demolition waste.
With the round bale grab, you can lift and transport wrapped silage bales, hay bales, and other round bales without damaging the plastic wrapping or net. Sturdy, yet light construction allows the best possible effective load.
Horse manure collector is a simple and economical way to collect horse manure. It works well on many surfaces (sawdust, horse arenas). Mounts directly on any Avant bucket.
With the round bale fork transporting and lifting of bales is easy and safe. Square bale fork makes it easy and safe to transport and lift unwrapped square bales.
Strong and simple construction ensures a long lifespan.
Grapple bucket combines a normal bucket and a grapple and is therefore suitable for a multitude of jobs. It can be used for transporting and loading of branches, wood chips, compost, straw, manure, construction waste etc. It can also be used as a normal bucket with the grapple in the upright position.
A robust silage fork equipped with a powerful hydraulic cylinder can be fitted on all Avant loader models. The strong blade type pins of the grapple penetrate into all types of feed. The fork has replaceable lower tines made of reinforced steel. The grapple goes up to vertical position and this, together with the powerful cylinder enables easy grabbing e.g. on a round bale.
The hydraulic sand spreaders feature bucket type design and are front mounted as standard, which allows loading from ground level in the same way as with normal bucket. Spreading amount can be adjusted with a lever, located on the side of the spreader. There is also a rubber blade which prevents the sand from coming out by itself.
Avant rotary broom is an efficient and easy to use attachment for various cleaning jobs. Three working widths available, 1100, 1500 and 2000 mm. The 1500 and 2000 mm brooms are equipped as standard with turning which is powered by electric actuator motor. This means turning of the broom is easily and comfortably operated with a switch from the driver’s seat.
Avant snow blower is an efficient snow removal tool with advanced technology. The frame and discharge chute are designed so that there are as little as possible passive surfaces which would prevent snow movement. This open design means efficient snow blowing – the feeding auger eats the snow quickly and easily and moves it to the impeller which throws the snow out through the discharge chute. Thanks to this design the blower works well both with dry and wet snow and clears compacted snow banks also. The feeding auger is made of wear-resistant Hardox steel.
Equipped with hydraulic blade turning, Avant dozer blade is the ideal tool for snow removal, earthmoving and similar jobs where the materials must be dozed away quickly.
XL light material bucket is a large capacity bucket, best suited to Avant 600, 700 and 800 series. It is intended for loading and transporting of light materials like wood chips, mulch, snow, etc.
The HD leveller is an incredibly useful and efficient attachment for quick levelling of uneven ground, mulch, yards, driveways etc. It is most commonly used in: preliminary lawn bed levelling, yard and driveway sand and gravel levelling, levelling of uneven ground.
The rotary hoe is the right attachment for cultivating the soil, finishing seedbeds and rotovating.
Avant mini digger is an efficient solution for small digging operations where the maximum digging depth of 1200 mm or 1500 mm is enough and digging is not everyday work. It mounts directly on the quick attach plate of the loader and is operated with the auxiliary hydraulics control lever, or with the buttons of the joystick if fitted.

With more lift height and capacity than ever before, the Avant 800 series pushes the limits of a compact loader. Yet it is compact enough to work in places where bigger machines cannot go, and can be transported on a conventional car trailer.

Avant 400 series loaders are narrow access specialists and the smallest diesel model in our range. Still, the lifting capacity of the loader is noteworthy with over 500 kg handled with ease.
Avant 200 series is an amazingly powerful and versatile compact loader considering its small size. Our basic ideology with the articulated design and hydraulic 4×4 transmission is the same as in bigger Avants.
